Before and After House Renovation

Hi. My name is Rhonda and I’m married with 3 beautiful children. I want to share the story of our home renovation experience. My husband and I delved into this project and it has been amazing and incredibly challenging. The renovation has taken longer than we expected and we’re still working on it as I’m starting this blog. We began this crazy adventure in March 2017 and we’re hoping it is complete in the next couple of months. Recently, we’ve had numerous people ask about the design of our house and wanted to know the name of the different contractors we’ve used.

Fortunately, we have been blessed with good friends who’ve helped us. Our architect who helped design the house is one of my husband’s dearest friends. Our General Contractor is also a long-time friend who agreed to help us rebuild our humble abode. We live in Southern CA and the homes in our neighborhood were built in the 1960’s. Some of the homes have been renovated but not to the extent our remodel.
